How does it work?

  • 10 1 hour 1:1 sessions online with me, you can choose either to have a fixed weekly slot or book as you go so we go at a pace that works for you

  • Using my expertise and experience in neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, attachment styles, Brainspotting, trauma-informed practices, internal family systems, nervous system mapping, breath work, meditation, and much more

  • In between session email contact available to you, to support you through the tough moments outside of sessions

  • Worksheet, handouts, and personalised grounding exercises

  • An investment that can be made in installments or as an empowered decision all upfront
