I am devoted to empowering women to break unhealthy patterns, get to the root of their challenges around love, and support them to do the inner work needed to create healthy love now.
My approach to coaching is to work holistically with mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are guided by you, and I draw on my expertise around attachment styles, law of attraction, boundaries, emotional self-care, healthy communication, healing past relationship trauma, and releasing limiting beliefs.​​​
